DownThemAll Equivalent for Safari
 

I have a Macintosh with Safari 3 and OS X 10.5.

Is there an easy to use alternative to DownThemAll for Safari?

I am in search of a browser extension, and failing that, a graphical program that will allow me to easily download links from webpages. I am trying to shy away from using the command line (more typing equals lower productivity).

If Safari cannot be extended, is there an easy to use mirroring program (again graphical) for OS X?

I can't think of any direct alternatives, frankly. I go back and fourth between Firefox and Safari myself.
