yea thas basically it. best consists of free, easiest to navigate, amt of space, number of ads, etc.

boomspeed

boomspeed has space limitation, 1 MB i believe.

so, depends on what you need to use it for.
if it's porn, well boomspeed is waay too small, imo.

do you need the host to allow image linking or..?
that's one adv. of boomspeed...

i dunno, i find it good for the random pic posting need, like desktop screenies or whatever...

the good porn-oriented sites usually dont allow linking, so is just good for setting up galleries.
