are you looking for audio/video/collaboration type software?
for just yourself or for your business (reason for asking is budget constraints) We've used WEBEX for years... and it's honestly come a long way - a few years ago it was buggy, and frustrating to deal with - -now it's a very solid way of doing net meetings especially cross platform... It's got teleconferencing built in with it... Not sure what the pricing is on it - but it's pretty darn good... we've had upwards of 20 different sites logging in to the same meeting with decent performance...

netmeeting > all ... it's free and you allready have it installed on your computer weather you know it or not, if u don't know it, go to run and type 'conf'
i would reccomend checking out http://www.polycom.com/ for more advanced stuff
