Is the internet broken again?

Ignore this, I had a virus "SirCam.dat"

Myself and others I've spoken to in my area can't access a lot of sites since, roughly, 3pm GMT yesterday. I couldn't access this site until I tried the address without the w w w.

Other sites I've tried are fark, msn, espn. All European oriented sites are working fine.

The inconvenience is that any pages with hotlinked pictures aren't loading in fully and I get a connection time-out.
