I can't recall posting there before, however when I tried tonight I couldn't. Did I fuck up somehow?

You can post to threads, you just can't start them.
The admins set the threads for people to play with.
If you have an idea, a picture you think would be good PM Halx.

Actually there is a thread in Tilted Photoshop that you can post a suggestion and Hal will look them over whenever he wants to add another post.
