Can anyone direct me to a walkthrough on how to post digital pics that are on my system.

Why are many of the links to other threads blocked to me?

It says I have no persmission to view them. Now, I can understand that some boards are restricted to some users, but it's a pain when links to them are posted as answers.

If you can't get to the thread with the answer, why is is posted?!
