New Category for Chatter
 

I was thinking that maybe to add a positive feel to our community and a way to get to know each other a tad better, we could add a "TFP Good News" category to the chatter where members could post good thing that are happening in their lives.

I know it sounds sappy, (me? sappy, never) but I just thought it was a good idea.

A good news story can fit very nicely in almost any of the current chatter forums.

If it's a new person saying how accepted they feel here, they might post it in Newbies.

If it's a normal story, it might go in General.

If it's private or personal, it might go in Members.

If it's by a lady about her boyfriend or something, it might go in Ladies.

If someone was abducted by aliens and was probed in some personal places, it could go in Paranoia.

If it's something like the forum being upgraded, it can go in News.

If it's pointless, it could go in Nonsense.

Besides, if the good news is all concentrated in one area, wouldn't that make the rest of the forums bad news sulking stories that no one really wants to read? :)
