Titled Drugs?
What I'm picturing here is a forum about educating people and sharing experiences. Nothing political or necessarily celebratory. I think it could keep people who are curious from making potentially dangerous mistakes, or simple newbie mistakes that could turn them off of a potentially enjoyable experience. People could recommend good beers, talk about their first time with something, their worst time with something. I think it could be cool, if we managed to keep the rhetoric in Tilted Politics. And the anonymity of this place could, I think, allow people to open up in away they could never do in person (in a good way).
I'm also looking for a better-sounding title than "Tilted Drugs" :p Edit: Equally important, if not more so, would be providing advice that would steer someone away from a potentially unejoyable experience or situation. I'm very much about safe and sane activity in this department. |
I don't think we have enough support for the idea to add to the huge number of forums we already have. Tilted Living is a suitable place for non-political discussions about drugs, as is Members' Playground.

i agree, plus imagine the tricky legal waters we'd be in with a forum about drug discussion.. Shees we're already providing sexual advise to all those loners out there :)

I think an area like this would be pretty cool, though I don't know what we would call it. Tilted Drugs sounds a little bad, but I bet if we had such a forum it would gain speed rapidly, but then again there are the legal issues.. *Shrug*

Tilted PSAs?

no.

I realize that you might want to discuss things with people on the boards but almost any information on drugs can already be found at
http://www.erowid.org/ or http://www.lycaeum.org/ and creating a forum on it would probably just help spread more misinformation than straight facts |
