How about a Job Forum. I've read that 80% of the job market is actually hidden, and found through word of mouth.

How about allowing members to post internal job opportunities within their company?

Anyway, if enough people feel that their peers are responsible enough to apply for, and the posting of jobs, then I do not see why it could not work.

The problem I do see occuring, though, may be why it may not happen:

TFP cannot be held responsible for any damages made by your posting or PMing of private information to un-verified persons who post jobs. We have no way of ensuring you that the jobs are real, or the person is trustworthy.

I agree with meanSpleen's point about responsibility and trust.
Perhaps this could be made available only to Members. Not that all members are trustworthy, but....
