The Indiana U. men's soccer team is playing in it's 17th(!) final 4 today against Maryland. This certainly makes up for the crap basketball being played there lately.

I watched a good amount of the game...I really wasn't impressed with the skill level of the teams, especially for the top college teams. I guess I didn't know that there was such a difference between college and professional soccer. Maybe b/c I played some, I notice the difference more than I would in another sport, but there were lots more mistakes and bad plays than I was anticipating.

Since I started this thread, I will also finish it. IU is national champs again. I think I may have a victory dance induced hip injury.

That was a good game. The equalizer at the 80th or so minute was quite a nice shot. Unfortunate that UCSB had to lose on PKs

ucsb got robbed. they dominated in the overtime. however i did not see the rest of the game, damn finals.

Why would a Purdue fan even OPEN a thread about college soccer? By the way, limestone doesn't burn very easily.
