Vikings I will cheer for lots of other teams though: Steelers, Dolphins, Falcons, etc. MLB: Braves I don't watch baseball at all though. NBA: Sonics I don't really watch the NBA though College sports: Georgia Tech - school I attend  NC State - school I grew up loving College sports and the NFL are the only things I really feel strongly about. We should do a list of teams you hate next, mine would be about a mile long... and I have a legitmate reason for each

I live in Melbourne, Australia and my fav teams are:
Australian Rules Football - Richmond (The Tigers) One of my favorite Tiger players - Mark Coughlan.  Cricket - Australia (naturally, the current world champs at both forms of the game) and Victoria at the domestic level NFL - Dallas Cowboys College Football - decided to follow it last year and chose Nebraska for some unknown reason.  NBA - Dallas Mavericks MLB - don't followit closely but if pressed I would say the Atlanta Braves EPL - Tottenham Hotspur and Leeds United (because Harry Kewell and Mark Viduka play for them) Last edited by Nocturnal; 05-23-2003 at 01:58 AM.. |

MLB: Pittsburgh Pirates NHL: Pittsburgh Penguins NCAA: Pittsburgh Panthers NBA: um...the NBA is quite dull Olympics: USA There are other teams that I "like," i.e. "tolerate," but I generally don't cheer for teams other than my hometown Pittsburgh teams for a whole season. I'll definitely cheer against the teams and cities that I hate and find other favorites to root for in particular games (who doesn't?), but I bleed a colorful mix of black and gold that changes into blue and gold depending on my mood.

I used to be a Hartford Whalers fan, but they got stolen by some Rebs and named after some weather phenomenon. MLB Orioles. My favorite since I was a kid. I live in Connecticut and if theres a state with more front runners I'd like to hear about it. We have no Major Pro teams since the Whalers left so nearly everyone is a front runner. Everyone here is a Yankees NotreDame DallasCowboys Lakers (orCeltics) fan. I don't even ask anyone what their favorite team is anymore, all I have to do is look at whoever is leading on the sports page. |
