TFP Suicide Pool Week #4
 

Week #4 of the TFP Suicide Pool

Week three has passed and the pack is staying together. We started with 57 in week one, dropped to 40 for week two, and only lost three players this week so now 14 remain. If your name is on the following list, you may continue on. If your name is not on this list, you are more than welcome to post a pick, if you are willing to receive harsh and embarrassing comments made about you since this is for the remaining participants only.

First a repeat of the rules:

1. Each week you must pick one team to win that week. (Point spreads are irrelevant!) If they win you continue on in the pool the next week. You lose, you are out.

2. You may only pick a team one time during the pool to win a game. Once you have picked a team, that can not be used for the remainder of the season. (This is where the strategy comes into play - choose wisely when to take your "sure thing" team.) If you “accidently” pick a team you have used previously, you will lose and then be prepared to be mocked and thoroughly embarrassed (hereinafter referred to as the “inharmony rule”).

Since this is a single elimination, be sure to have your pick in by midnight EST the night before the first game. If the mod (thanks again Spectre) locks the thread before you pick, you have not picked, and have lost.

well, i hate to do this, but i'm going with New Orleans. Kinda worried that Arizona is due for a win. but after the Saints did well against the Rams, I think they'll pull this one out.

Green Bay for me. Hoepfully Favre will be able to repeat his performance from last week.

*sob* My poor Dolphins, I hate going against them so...

I have to go with the Jets this week, but what a bittersweet victory this will be for me. :(

I am, however, not confident enough to make them my Suicide Pool pick :(

I think there is a much more sure thing out there and that is NEW ENGLAND over Buffalo.
