If I recall correctly, he said that if he was ruled against in that case (which he was), he would file for bankruptcy.

I'm sure the Dolphins are pleased to see him squirm a little, especially given the timing of his retirement announcement and the predicament he put them in.

Who cares? This isn't a soap opera, it's football, and this guy doesn't play football anymore. Get over it.
