Now that the MLB season has started...

Any surprises?

I'm surprised the Tigers won their first game, but we'll see about the rest of the season.

Go Orioles!

Let's go for 2-0 tonight.

I love analyzing stuff after the first day----The Tigers and Pirates are on pace to win 162 games.

Javy Lopez will break all HR and RBI records.

Barry Bonds will pass Hank Aaron by June.

God bless opening day!!!

Don't forget the imminent collapse of Pedro

And I second the "Go Orioles!"

and bonds' slugging percentage is something like 2.667. And how about the collapse of my beloved White Sox' bullpen? 6 runs in the ninth. Ugh.

I don't mean to get the thread sidetracked.....but what was Ozzie Guillen thinking by pulling Billy Koch so quickly??? I know it's the first day, but.....pulling your closer after 2 batters?!?!!?

If a juice free Bonds does well this year, I'll be so impressed.

Ozzie was not using his brain, he doesnt have a very big one, he was going with his gut, and he was wrong. And Marte is the best Sox reliever.

I could switch avatars without too much pain....but switching to the black and orange would be tough.

What if I changed it to a picture of Gary Roenicke?

I love that too. After the first day Javy was "on a pace" to hit 362 home runs. I love that phrase, "on a pace." It's awesome.

Sigh... Javy not in a Braves uniform is just not right. Just not right at all

Don't ask me where I came up with that number. I'm obviously on crack.

I'm worried about you.

It's time for an intervention.

BTW, after 2 games, his projected numbers have been cut in half. TRADE HIM!
