Tony K Has Left The Building...
 

the orange man, tony kornheiser, has left espn radio - that i will miss...
his constant bickering and insessant whining always brought laughter to me...
i listened to him on the net and when they went to commercial he'd leave the net feed on - you could hear him screaming in the background with expletives abound - too damn funny...
talking about his refrigerator, roast beef raiding dog, maggie, and his $150 trash can that didn't work was about as good as it gets...
the $200 hammock with no stand (another $100) was hysterical to say the least...
his colonoscopy ordeal was to die for, pun intended...
but for 6 years now i listened to the bald guy and his tirades with michael wilbon and it proved to be some of the best morning radio about sports...
and other stuff...
andy pollin, phil the show killer and tony kornheiser... quit work - play golf... now that's CLAAAAAAASIC!!!:D

is he still on PTI?

He is still on PTI. He said he was quitting his radio show to focus more on his ESPN work. The real reason he quit was because radio stations in Chicago and a couple of other places dumped his radio show in favor of Jay Mariotti's radio show, thus the reason for their current feud.

i really like Tony him and wilbon are great on PTI

oh well guess ill have to check out the show everyday and keep up with him

do you know if he will do anything on XM radio ESPN network or ESPNews network?

Damn the title of this thread had me worried. PTI is the only show I actually try and watch every day, and it would have sucked if he was leaving that too. Never got a chance to listen to his radio show, oh well.

I was thinking the same thing as Jesus up there... PTI is a great show and him and wilbon are great together.

As long as Kornheiser and Wilbon keep writing for the Post occasionally, I'm happy.

As long as he's still on PTI, I couldn't care less. The moment that either Wilbon or Kornheiser leaves PTI, however, that show'll be dead in the water. The chemistry between the two of them is what really makes the show watchable, to the point that I generally don't watch when one of them is missing.

They took off his show on ESPN radio in NY for Micheal Kay last year or so, no comparision. It was the best radio show in the morning. PTI for 3 hours
