Huge Win in FFL
 

I just won my Fantasy Football Championship after a well managed season with a healthy dose of Smack Talk.

I named my team "All K2 Fours go to Heaven" after the best pair of skis I have ever owned. They had 150 - 200 days on them and they are unski-able. I felt guilty about going to the mountain without them and decided I would try to win the Championship with them so I could imortalize their name on the trophy. After winning tonight, I went outside and with a little help from my wife, took some pics and made a collage.

Oh yeah - my running backs were Priest and Jamal. They were my MVPs.

I know the pictures are silly, but it was a great season. I am going to take my winnings and buy a 19inch LCD monitor.

Congrats and enjoy the victory. I finished 2nd in my league. Damn Peyton throwing 5 TD's one week to make the championship, then sucking it up the next.

Congrats...Haven't placed higher than 2 in any of my leagues since winning my ESPN league a few years ago...

Priest fell to the 5th pick overall in a 10 team league (fools) and then I grabbed Jamal with pick #16 when it came back around. My WRs were horrible, but then again, who needs those?

congrats on the win. in my league this year i won week 1 and hen lost 6 weeks in a row. :( i ended up going 8-7 and getting 7th place in a 10 man league. my team fell apart and had crappy weeks. 1-6 to 8-7 isnt bad though. again good job on the win!

It happens Maximus. I play i two leagues and my other (non-playoff team) I did crappy too. The crazy thing is that the team got red hot at the end of the year despite a losing record. I would have won the Superbowl there too had I mad the playoffs scoring huge each week.... Admitedly, there is a degree of luck to this thing.

I was winning my league until playoffs when the other team got 50 points from Culpepper and Moss and blew me out even though I had lost only once in week one earlier in the year. Was a sad day for me. COuld not have played that team the next week when Culpepper and Moss only managed about 15 points and the same team got blown out.

Congrats! Isn't it great?! The best part is showing up for the draft the next year with the trophy.

Hopefully I can say the same thing after this weekend.
