With a whooping *7* ballots:
1. Oklahoma (5) - 138 1 2. Ohio State (1) - 122 3t 3. Virginia Tech - 121 3t 4. Florida State - 117 5 5. Miami-Flordia (1) - 116 2 6. Arkansas - 104 8 7. Louisiana State - 98 7 8. Nebraska - 92 9 9. Georgia - 83 11 10. Southern California - 73 14 11. Iowa - 61 hm 12. Texas - 60 12 13. Minnesota - 59 15 14. Washington State - 50 13 15. Northern Illinois - 35 16 16. Pittsburgh - 34 18 17. Tennessee - 25 6 18t. Michigan - 15 10 18t. Purdue - 15 19 20. Texas Christian - 12 hm Honorable Mention: Michigan State 11, Miami-Ohio 9, Kansas State 6, Wisconsin 5, Nevada-Las Vegas 5, Kansas 1, Oregon State 1, Utah 1, Virginia 1 Top 13 were present on all ballots, continuing the general trend. Michigan and Texas Christian were only on 3 ballots, while Michigan State was on 5. (Go figure.) Washington State beat Arizona by 23 and drops a spot?! Miami beats West Virginia by 2 and drops 3 spots?! Tennessee loses and damn near falls out from #6?! Damn, you people want blood! (Okay, I helped on Miami's and Tennessee's drop.) It's clear who #1 is in our opinions. #2-#5 is wide open, as is #11-#13, with 2 points separating #11 from #13. Next week: #1 Oklahoma vs #12 Texas in Dallas TX #2 Ohio State @ hm Wisconsin Syracuse @ #3 Virginia Tech #5 Miami-Florida @ #4 Florida State Auburn @ #6 Arkansas Florida @ #7 Louisiana State #8 Nebraska @ Missouri #9 Georgia @ #17 Tennessee Stanford @ #10 Southern California #11 Iowa idle #18t Michigan @ #13 Minnesota #15 Northern Illinois @ Central Michigan Norte Dame @ #16 Pittsburgh Penn State @ #18t Purdue #20 Texas Christian @ South Florida |

Sorry I was not available. I was still trying to deal with a 2nd loss by Michigan and just forgot about sending in my poll.

After Texas loses next week, they will not make my top 20 for the rest of the year.
That's the punishment for all your build-up Dude :D |
