Red Sox versus the Cubs. The Cubs have too much pitching and Pedro will start tiring down by this point. The Cubs are so deep in starting pitching they wont tire nearly as much and Baker was here last year and will not let it slip by again.

If the Cubs beat the Red Sox in seven games, I honestly think the whole city of Chicago will get burnt down from all of us crazy Cubs fans. The city is already bumping just for them making the playoffs.

It's interesting reading this thread now that the Cubs have defeated the Braves.
I definitely think the Cubs will be in the World Series. Unfortunately, I think I'm also going to have to say Yankees over Cubs in 7 games. :( |
Eh.. since the cubs lost Sat and won Sun... I sure hope they will be. Woo cubs. Cubs aren't doing too bad... but I was pretty disappointed with the game on Saturday.
I'm gonna say that they'll be in the world series.. but I'm not yet ready to guesstamate against whom they might play. |
