I'm no rays fan, in fact, I'm a sox fan. But still, the Ray's are looking better each year. You have an ace in Kazmir, and some quality position players. I still think you guys need more all around pitching and power hitting, but no matter what you're a thorn in the Sox's side.
Also, with the young pitchers we have, I don't think we'll be re-signing Schilling. He's mentioned he'd like to pitch somewhere where he could be a mentor to younger players, and with him you'd have a solid 1-2 at the front of your rotation.

Wait. I thought the DRays were the AAA team of the Red Sox. I guess that explains why Kazmir and Shields weren't called up for the September run.

Kazmir will be gone.. a big market team will pick him up and then it will be back to square one for the DRays.

Have you seen the new unis for the Rays (they are dropping "Devil" from the team name)?
