Any recommendations for a good course at a reasonable price?

I know some courses there, but how far are you willing to drive from where you are staying and what's your price range? My idea of "reaonable" isn't necessarily yours.

I'm going to have a rental car, so something within 45min of the strip. $100 is about the max I'd like to pay.
