how would one go about initiating it without creating a 10 car pile up?

Um... that's a totally different question, Mexican. While the search button is good, so is using your brain before you open your mouth (or hit "submit," as it were).

And Chelsea - make sure you're on a fairly straight road, with little traffic. Highways can be good for this, as long as your SO doesn't drive like a maniac. But so can deserted back roads. Then, when you think it's safe... just start touching him. Let him know you're in the mood, and make sure that he is, then off with the pants. Initiating it isn't any different than any other time, you just need to know the time and place.

Can anyone say "road trip?"

Is easy really. Just move the seat back so you can still reach the pedals and drop the pants. it helps to not have a big console in between the front seats and of course bench seats work best. I have done the road head thing many many times and it is awesome!!! Also cruise control helps.

Make sure you don't accidently knock the car into neutral with your shoulder.

check first to see if your "victim" can multi-task while driving. if necessary be alert to find a parking lot, forest preserve, or other appropriate place, just in case things get spirited ...

finally, when you are prettty accustomed to car sex, trying giving head as the driver, i've been on the receiving end of that and it was alot of fun :)

being sober helps... had a guy in our town just take out a phone pole while getting road head and get the OWI in the process. Lucky she didn't bite anything off!
