female period

I've read most of the "men memorize this" or whatever thread based on females 28 day period, anyways....
my FB and I had sex, during this I came in her. She was on her period and when we were done I was all bloody down there.
are these bloddy periods days where there's only 2% chance she'll get pregnant? I'll never do this again, and told her to get a morning after pill which she said she would.
what chances are there of pregnancy?
or is it atleast lower?

pmmq 02-14-2005 02:51 PM

yer in luck... chances are nil she will get PG. She won't ovulate for another week, and besides- that is a pretty strong 'flow' those little buggers need to swim against!

Your safe, but worry about it when there is no blood.

cowgirl02 02-14-2005 03:14 PM

yah like pmmq said the chances are very low but its not totally out of the question, maybe if you two are having sex reguraly, you guys should start on some steady birth control- the pill, patch or the Depo-shot (Depo is the best, ive tried all three) but just to be safe, have her take the morning after pill and next time be more careful!!! Good luck!!!!

Condoms are your friend.

absorbentishe 02-14-2005 06:24 PM

Dude, she can still get preggers while on the period. Nothing wrong with having period sex at all, but still, you need to worry about it. My wife gets hornier while on hers, and every now and then we will. Hopefully your GF gets the morning after pill, just to be safe. But from now on, use your condoms.

for the love of God, USE REAL BIRTH CONTROL! A condom is not that difficult a concept!

There is a word for people who don't use contraceptive; it's "daddy".

Seriously, make sure your captain is wearing a raincoat. You may not have gotten her pregnant, but you had her blood all over your penis. You may not be her only "friend with benefits" ya know. It's just good practice and common sense these days to use a condom. I'm not saying you should be paranoid about possibly having an STD, but you should use a little more caution for your health and your wallet (kids are expensive).

yes.. wear a rubber.. i recently got a "friend" pregnant.. and having to deal with that is no fun when it is not something you want or planned on.

ahhahaha female period... ahhahahahahhaa

braisler 03-10-2005 06:06 AM

Perhaps as opposed to a period of history. hehe. Now I am thinking about "historic" periods!

But seriously, hasn't this topic already been covered a few times. Maybe we need a sticky if we don't have one already. Something along the lines of... No, you dolt, she's not pregnant, but next time use a rubber!

Gilda 03-10-2005 08:10 AM

Sex at any time, including during her period, can result in a woman getting pregnant. It is, however, very unlikely that she's pregnant, mostl likely less than that 2% to which you refer.

If you're not in a monogamous relationship, you must use a condom every time, without exception. That line about you sleeping with every person she's ever slept with is a cliche by now, but it's still a good, healthy way of thinking about stds. Protect yourself, and protect her.

If I'm getting the Third Eye Blind Reference I think you're talking about, it's song #3, 10 Days Late, but it was still a very clever idea.

Temporary_User 03-10-2005 01:28 PM

inbetween I couldnt control myself, and she ended up getting the morning after pill.... so now we use a condom everytime.
