This is really true in my p.o.v. because of muscle memory in your cock. If you use the right hand alot when you masturbate, I think that muscles on the left side of your shaft will be tighter from the pull of your fingers. This is most unlikely given there are no muscles to speak of in the penis. The erection is created through blood-flow (IE: hydraulics) and thus any leaning of the shaft would have to be a result of that mechanism.
