Facial Hair...Do the ladies find it attractive?
 

I know there has been a thread or two about this months and months ago, so I thought I would bring it back up.

If there were an attractive guy that you know, and he grew out his beard, do you think he would be just as attractive? Less attractive? More? Just wanted to get some of the ladies thoughts on this matter.

It really depends on the person, some people look really great with facial hair, others are better clean shaven. Although generally speaking I do find facial hair very attractive. :thumbsup:

I dunno I've noticed girls seem to like the celebrity dudes who rock the 5 o clock shadow/scruffy look. Like that Colin Farrel dude.:mad:

Well, I don't particularily care for Colin Farrel, but a little 5 o'clock shadow scruff? Oh yeah, that's the good stuff. :D

It really depends on the guy and the facial hair though. Some guys look better shaved, others look good with beards/goatees.

Not a fan of the lone mustasch look though :|

My boyfriend has a goatee and I like it lots ;) He had the mustache part shaved for a bit which I liked, but he's since grown it back. Which is just fine too :) I'm also quite fond of when he hasn't shaved for awhile. That scuffy look....

I never much liked facial hair growing up. But since I've been dating/kissin fellas, most have had facial hair of some sort. Go figure!

I can't grow hair all over my face :( I mean could change but as of yet I don't.

Thanks... I think. This past weekend my girl and I were shopping. She asked if I had enough shaving cream. I laughed thinking it was a joke. Now that I think about, maybe she was trying to tell me something? Hmm... :confused:

some stuble is ok but it tends to rub me reaw after a while... i prefer smooth but 5 oclock shadow can be sexy on some guys

lurkette is begging me to grow my goatee back. Thing is, I'm leading a training program that requires me to be presentable every Friday night, so a halfway-goatee-scruff wouldn't really work. Maybe over Thanksgiving, though....

after i stopped shaving and grew a little hair, mind you i kept it groomed....ive had lots of compliments saying how "hot" it (facial hair) was on me :)

that's why i grew only half of a goatee, just on my chin... that way it's just kind of fun to stroke, but not bothersome during any form of intimacy.

Facial hair suits some men, and then clean shaven suits the rest. Stubble is almost always sexy. :thumbsup: But the mustache by itself is not nice..nuh-uh. I've also seen this other interesting style that just doesn't work where the sideburns are thick at the top of the ear, and then thin out all the way to the jawline, which trails from one side to the other...like some silly black line on the guy's face...yeuch! Not pretty...

I've had just about every configuration of facial hair possible and I've been complemented on them all EXCEPT the clean shaven look because I really do look like a freakin little kid clean shaven.

The best are the mustache and goatee(which actually is kind of played out)
The soul patch(the hair JUST below the lip)

Single Mustache and single goatee didn't go over as well.

I'm in the process of trying out a nice fumanchu stache now. I'm growing my mustache into my goatee and letting the ends of my goatee get really long so I can shave the middle off the chin and just have a long freaky fu manchu.

btw onodrim i love the avatar....anyways...my wife hates when i dont shave only cause it hurts her...but other then that she likes it on me as long as i keep it trimmed nice....i cant keep it for much more then a couple of days without trimming lol so that isnt a problem

ive been rockin the facial hair for years. i cant grow enough for a beard but i have some nice scruff going on. all my past women have liked it. i was actually speaking with my woman over the phone the other day and explained to her that i was shaving. she absolutly freaked out thinking i was shaving it clean off. i honestly couldnt see myself without it.

I loooooooove me some scruff. Plus, my boy looks super hot with it :D

I just grow pretty long sideburns and most the ladys dig it I think.

Yea I am growing my head hair out right now (im a guy) and its at my shoulders right now, I get compliments on it all the time from girls actually. I wash it all the time and its really nice (not like some greasy dirt bags I see around) and I really want a nice goatee so that I look less like a girl :)But the only problem is that I cant grow facial hair for the life of me and I am almost 20. My older brother is 25 and he has a rockin' goatee so I figure that maybe in a year or more I might be getting a little more chinny chin chin hairs

But seriosuly, I personally wear the sideburns just at the earline with the rest clean. I've been considering some sort of goatee thing though.
