It all depends on the position. When she's on top I like shallow a little more than deep.

I tried something once on one of my exes. Started out very shallow, for about 30sec and then a deep thrust (you should have seen her eyes get huge hehe). And then back to shallow for about 25sec and then two deep thrusts... and so on.
