Semen color
 

Is it normal to have slightly yellowish semen? My semen isn't real bright yellow, but it's not white...more like an off-white. I guess the closest color to describe it is the color of the smilie - :) . I'm just afraid that this would be a major turn-off for a girl to see, and I can only assume it's some urine, and will it kill the sperm?
Does anyone know of any tips to make your semen whiter?

Mine is blue on tuesdays. JK. Uually you have a cream (no pun intended) color, or an off white. I've never heard of pure white.
If you really want to have white sperm, you might try eating all white foods for a few days before hand. But that probably wouldn't work.
Bottom line-don't worry about color, unless you have red.

Yeah I get a yellowish color sometimes.. nothing to worry about

Could it be some left over urine in your plumbing that is flushed out

It could be urine or it could be something else, I would suggest seeing a doctor about it, especially if it is as off color as to look like the smiley. If it is urine then yes it will kill the sperm. The purpose of precum is to clean out any leftover urine from the penis so as many sperm as possible make it into the female alive. And if it is just a chemical imbalance the only thing I can suggest is a change of diet.

I'd tend to agree with the above. Mine tends to go from white to milky/cloudy to slightly yellow, but NOWHERE near smily yellow.

Do you eat a lot of carrots or beat root?

White or slightly off-white are normal in my experience.

I'm with the pale yellow crowd... there was a time when I thought the dirty pictures I saw were color enhanced to make it seem whiter... Then I thought it might be because I am a smoker.. All in all, as long as it is pleasurable when it cums out.. don't worry about it. Unless it is red, black, on fire, cheese like in consistency, or powdery like baking soda... you're O.K.

Then again, if it kinda smells like like chlorine musk, it means you are going to die soon. :thumbsup:

There is nothing wrong with you. You're prefectly fine. Do not listen to the alarmists. It has to do with your diet and nothing else.

I have never seen yellow smiley semen. Or maybe they were smiling at me and I didn't notice bc I swallowed them to quickly.
