The care instructions for cyberskin toys seemed way too fussy. Restoration liquid and talc powder before and after each use? Feh.

I just bought my wife a silicone dildo, we haven't tried it yet, but the feel is supposed to be great, and it just requires soap and water.

i felt a sample cyberskin toy at Good Vibes and it was just too creepy and too costly to justify buying one for myself. i don't really use toys all that often anyway.

Ditto. I bought my girlfriend this badass looking glass dildo that had all these psychedelic swirls throughout it, it has a slight curve at the end, and she LOVES it. Sometimes we put it in the refrigerator or the microwave for a warm/cool treat.

Isnt a glass dildo a bit risky? What if it breaks?

those things are pretty sturdy i heard

Sorry, Hal. I was actually getting around to the long story. Here it is. Cheating on my wife is not an option, and I can't see myself spending the kind of money it takes here in Houston to go to a massage parlor, etc. There are a lot of times when I get horny (as we all do) and I was curious to see if there was another option.

I get a catalog called The Xandria Collection, Lawrence Research Group, and it listed a Cyberskin artificial vagina for $50. I decided to try it and ordered one. Can modern plastics duplicate the feel of the real thing? Turns out they can up to a point. Definitely superior to the hand. It's a pretty intense experience at times. Does require some maintenance but that's no big deal. So I can give five stars to the Cyberskin artificial vagina when compared to the five fingers.

Absolutely, the real thing is always better. Given the choice of an unenthusiastic, tired partner, and random opportunity, there are things to be said for having a variety of options. And, I've always been bugged by the fact that women seem to have so many great toy options, compared to guys. So, it's cool to try to level the playing field.

If you're worried about it breaking while having sex, I want some of the action you're getting!!!

Unless you're doing something that I want an explanation of, it won't break during use.

It's true that if it ever gets cracked or chipped, it's no longer a dildo. It becomes a paperweight at that point, or a frustratingly rolly doorstop.

On the upside, they're dishwasher safe. How many other things have been in there that you can say are dishwasher safe?
