It's a good hypothesis, but as a statement of certainty it's on very shakey grounds.

Sidenote: Even if I lose hair, vision, whatever as a result of over masturbation, under-masturbation (ie slim to none) has actually been researched/stats analyzed, and *real* studies have been peer reviewed to show significantly increased chances of prostate cancer in people who don't jerk it over people who do. Between cancer (death) and baldness (chilly scalp), it's safer to be on the addicted side of the fence.

But in all fairness, it does simply propose moderation.
