All the time. Every time. I (by my own choice) take a long time, so that certainly is the reason. As far as how, it just starts to creep out (small amounts) the longer I go.

From what I have heard it happens prior to any sperm being released as a way to sort of prep the urethra and make sure the environment is suitable to your swimmers. So even if you don’t notice it is still there right before you come, but in an extended session it is just keeping the urethra ready the whole time so you tend to notice it more.

This is actually a very normal thing. If you remember back to your days of family life class in high school, you will remember something called the cowpers gland. Before an ejaculation the cowpers gland excretes a fluid that cleans out the urethra, so the sperm isnt killed. Im not an expert on the subject but for some reason, cowpers, is the only thing i remember from family life class. Maybe its just a cool sounding word or something.

Amount of precum also depends on the man. Some often have a lot, some often have little.

actually contains a tiny bit of sperm, so in this way, even if you *pull out* you can still get your GF pregnant because of your precum.
It's purpose is to provide a little bit of natural lubrication for the sperm. The longer you remain arroused, the more you will produce.

in any case remember 'safety is no accident'

every doctor i've talked to said precome contains a "small amount" or some similar phrase, so I'd say it's got less than semen. Still it's no reason to skip precautions.

I've heard about it as well but never actually experienced it. For me, I'm dry up until I ejaculate. No pre-cum whatsoever.

All men have precum unless you are freakishly abnormal (castration). The difference is the amount and whether or not it's visible.

I assume you are referring to the transparent lubricant fluid that seems to come dripping out when aroused? I get that. I don't get a whole lot but I'd guess it is a medium amount. Just enough to get the head wet.

Precum is actually more concentrated with sperm than the ejaculate, that's why I've known so many people who do the pull-out to run into problems.
And my gf is the exact opposite. She minds the precum but not really the end result, go figure.
