Kegel Exercises
I have a question about how these work...so lets say you've been doing them for months and now you are having with someone. Do the exercises make you last longer overall, or do you have to "flex" your pc muscle when you feel like you are going to orgasm soon? Thanks for the help, I wanted to try these and see if they really work.

I swear by kegels (i'm a man). The way to do them if you're a guy is to just act like you're trying to get that last drop of pee out while urinating. The muscle you are flexing is your PC muscle. Start out with doing 100 or so a day, and work your way up to 200 or so. As long as no one is staring at your crotch, you can do them anywhere. :)
And yes, kegels helped me a LOT with how long I can hold off an orgasm. I don't do anything special to acheive that, I just have sex normally and the magic happens. :) |

I have a girlfriend that does them regularly and the results are incredible. Whn she goes off there is no doubt about it and if she decides it's time for me to go off she just flexes and there ain't much stopping hte inevitable. Either they work or this woman is incredibly talented.

My first girlfriend explored kegel excercises after about six months of incredibly weak orgasms. By the time our relationship ended, she could mount me reverse-cowgirl, and literally give me an orgasm just by flexing. Not to mention WRENCHING my penis when she had an orgasm. Absolutely incredible.

When I was exercising and doin other things such as the ol' kegel I was able to last up to arond an hour on a good day.. But it got a bit to much for my girl.. I can get up to aruond 300 'squeezes' I guess is what happens with the PC muscle.. I think that I read somewhere that a normal healthy PC muscle should be able to do 300 :)

The way you can use your PC muscle is that when you about to cum just clamp down and hold it as plng as you can. When you finally cum it will be intense.
If your SO does them, the results for you will be great. |
Kegels didn't seem to change my ability to go longer but when I have an orgasm it must make the feeling more intense for the guy. It also seems to help me bounce back from a more well endowed man so that I still feel tight for a smaller man (at least that's what they profess). A woman who does Kegels well may supposedly be able to move a stone egg-shaped ball up and down inside her vagina just by flexing her muscles. I can only move it a little. Imagine that feeling for the man.

How long are you supposed to *hold* the squeeze? Just that second or so? Or longer?

In general any muscle stretch needs to be held for 8-10 seconds to be effective, but you can work up to that slowly. Hell, I know that after 20-30 of these at 10 seconds apiece i'm already getting pretty achey - Probably lactic acidosis - i'm pretty much sedentary as of late.

I've been doing them for a few days. So I decided to test it myself and see if there is any noticable different. When I felt the orgasm was going to happen soon, i flexed my pc muscle and kept going....even though I didn't ejaculate it felt like I did, and I went into my refractory period (limp, etc). am I doing this wrong or does it mean my pc muscle is still weak? Or maybe its different when you are actually having sex with a woman?

hey HarmlessRabbit , did you see a difference in your ejaculation and amount of cum after doing kegels . I've read that it is suppossed to help but never heard from someone with first hand experience.
