So I'm getting married next Saturday! We decided not to have sex for 3 weeks until the wedding night to make it feel really really good. I decided not to jerk off either. I think mandy and I tried to abstain leading up to the wedding. It was more her idea than mine, but I'm horny all the time so she wasn't surprised. If I recall correctly, we managed the last week before the wedding without any sex or masturbation.

On my wedding night, about half an hour after we'd retired to the "boudoir" and I'd finally got all my clothes off, my new mother-in-law called us on the hotel phone.
