I personally prefered circumcised.....I like the smooth knob. ;)
I had my son circumcised....it was an awkward decision....I don't have a dick, what do I know?My husband is circumsized, so I/we said yes, do it. Uncircumcised dicks always seemed a little "pointy" to me, :p I didn't like that. I hope my son isn't angry about this when he is much older! :confused:
I really had to laugh when my mother told me my father was uncircumsized though....who knew!? :D Not me.
Now (10 years later) my son has noticed one of his friend's dick looks different than his.....geez....I didn't know the times were changing! :eek:
Circumcision was not something I had given that much thought about.....I knew I was having a boy, and most of the men I had been with were cut....so I said ok. I was preoccupied with pregnacy, labor and delivery.
I am very honest with my son though....and if he ever asks me about it directly, I'm hope he doesn't get mad because I told the doctor to cut his skin when he was a baby.....:| Honestly though.....most men I know are cut....that's what I went by.

As an uncut who was lucky enough to have a European pediatrician in the hinterlands of South Dakota I can state with a fair amount of certainty that a foreskin is a wonderful thing. It feels like the head of my dick extends halfway down my shaft! I didn't circumcize my two boys, and I classify cicumcision as a perversion, a crime, and a sin: The genital mutilation of newborns! Note that the two most aggressive and violent countries like to do it alot. (By that I refer to US and Israel, and yes, I need some feedback.)

I for one am pretty irritated that my parents decided to take away my foreskin without so much as asking me. there isn't anything i want taken away without my consent and particularly not part of my PENIS. it's not like this is even something you can bring up with them, it's not going to bring it back and the only purpose it could serve is to make them feel guilty, and maybe they should, but i'm not in the business of making my parents feel bad since i think they did a pretty good job the rest of the time. i can see it now, thanksgiving dinner, "mom, dad, whatever made you think this was a good idea?"

have i ever mentioned that i hate organized religion? well, i do, and this is another good reason why. thousands of years ago some hebrew bastard decides circumcision is a good idea, next thing you know it's the 1980s and some guy is chopping away at my 9 month old dick like i'm john fucking bobbitt or something.

if my dad was missing an arm i sure as hell wouldn't want anyone to chop off my arm so i'd look like him either. if the kid brings up the difference, simply tell him the facts. i didn't even know there was such a thing as a circumcised or uncircumcised penis until I was about 12 and reading about proper use of condoms, and then it was another couple of years after that before i could figure out what a foreskin actually is (thanks internet). hygiene? i think it goes without saying that the solution to that problem is to teach the kid how to clean himself properly. because american women prefer them circumcised? well, it'll be a miracle if any woman gets near enough to say whether she likes it or not without the police being involved anyway. all right that's about all i have to bitterly say about that [space reserved for editing when i remember something else].

I don't understand how an uncircumsized guy can state that sex/masturbation feels SO much better uncircumsized. How would he know? Did he get circumsized, have sex/masturbate, and glue the skin back on after he decided it wasn't for him?

Typically, Women in the UK pretty much expect you to be uncut.

The first time me 'n my current GF fooled around, she was scared of it... didn't know what to do with it, but wouldn't admit it. (in my head I was screaming "just do anything with it... please!")

Anyway, we're beyond that, she's got the message that you can pretty much treat cut and uncut in the same way... she's even given him a name.....

I am circumsized and for the most part I don't mind at all. I like the appearance of my penis. Then again, I wouldn't mind being uncut either. I think if I could make the choice now I would probably go uncut. That would be based on my personality mostly. I like natural, primal, instinctual. That could possibility sum up my preferred thought patterns and as such uncut would fit into area quite nicely. And in case you were wondering, Yep, I like hairy girls too. Well shaven girls are good too though.
Deep down, I think I'm instinctualy natural but well conditioned by society to properly respond to and appreciate more socially correct and approved appearances.

When my younger sister and my sister-in-law had their yougest two (both of whom came out boys) I had them read a book regarding circumcision so they might think about it. Well, the sister in law mentioned wanting the son to look like the dad, and the sister let her husband make the choice, I think.
Usually I don't know what people are thinking.
I recall another book espousing the idea that while God might make mistakes in the brain and other areas, it was unlikely to make them in the reproductive equipment (because) that's how it gets itself around the neighborhood.
The book might have been James Lewton Brain's SEX AND THE FEAR OF DEATH but I'm not sure about that.
