Never had a girl for her novelty's sake, but as for locations:

Various sound stages and sets around several studios in Hollywood (I used to work in the Biz).

Roof of Griffith Park Observatory, Los Angeles.

Balcony of Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood (years ago, when it still had a balcony)-- plus, it was buttsex!

the best had to have been In canyonlands National park up on the island in the sky, near the edge of the plateau... great view, the outdoors and great sex, doesnt get any better then that!
