Sometimes you hear almost outlandish stories of a sexual nature, I guess I'll call them myths. True or not, who knows? Well maybe we will here. So post your myth and we can discuss whether its true or not.

Here's two from me. A friend told me that she knows of one woman that can climax while sneezing and another can think herself into an orgasm. Now, this isn't teenage chatter. My friend was in her 40s when she told me this. So what do you think? Possible or not? I think so on both.

What's your thoughts? And your myths?

I just wanted to point out that this is the most ambiguous statement that cazn possible be made. :)

As for sneezing yourself to orgasm, I've seen that done. Medically, one involuntary reaction can often trigger another that seems unconnected. Sometimes the nervous system just gets wired that way.

As for thinking yourself to orgasm, I don't see why not. Female orgasms seem to be much more mental based to begin with, so I can see it happening.

My favorite myth is that some women "can't" orgasm. I refuse to believe it...the problem is that those who can't orgasm DO believe it.

What about that myth about women being okay with a 5" dick?

Myth? I've never known this to be a myth. 5" is pretty standard.

eh. ive had from 4 inches to just under 14. **personal experience** has taught me that the bigger the dick, the worse lover. I've never been all that worried about my penis size. It's an average size and there's really not much else I can do about it. It has no real baring on my personality or who I am. If it were bigger, it would not make me any more emotionally stable or a better person. It's just a penis.

I've been in the situation where I found out friends or even enemies have a massive wang. Still hasn't changed what I've thought of them, or made me feel in any way inferior.

I don't know about the sneezing thing, but I wouldn't rule it out. I've seen crazier things happen.

I do, however, think that thinking your way to orgasm is quite possible. I once gave mandy an orgasm over IRC, while she was sitting at a PC in a room full of other students. It's probably easier for women though.

Well I'm the type that likes to be called a dirty little whore, but not all girls like it. In fact, a lot would be very offended by it. However, a lot like to be talked to during sex. And most that I've talked to like when guys aren't completely silent during sex. I know quite a few women are rather shy about making noise during sex, but if the guy starts, she'll get into it, so that she's not doing it alone. But, it's probably a myth because everyone is different. I'm sure there's quite a few girls out there who like silent sex.

I gotta go with Midnight on this one. I have had the 5-inchers and I have had a 10-incher. Again, personal experience, the 10-incher thought in and out was all there was. I strongly agree. Almost all of the women I've found attractive over the course of my lifetime would be card carrying members of the IBTC. If not members then they had medium sized ones, few of the women I've found attractive had large ones.

I agree! I have big breasts, an average sized body and I've found that the very slim, slender women with small breasts were more attractive to males. I know every man is different, but none the less, that's my experience.

I don't think there's such thing as "skill" when it comes to sex. Everyone is different and have different wants in a partner. I would think that someone who is very intimate, slow and won't be rough with me wouldn't have "skill" while another would think that's a perfect partner.

It's about listening and communication. I've met a few guys who have chose not to communicate in bed because they think their dick does all the thinking for them because they are very large. That's not true at all. I'd take a guy who can communicate what he likes and listen to me, with a smaller penis over a guy who won't say shit and doesn't take in what I say.

The biggest myth I've ever encountered tends to stem from the default perception that women and men view sex differently. This may hold true in some instances, but women can be every bit as voracious or perverted as a man can be. I've met plenty of women who want nothing more than a nice, long, night of sweaty, on-the-floor, hair pulling, dirty gorilla sex.

However, on the whole I do think that women tend to be more subtle about it. Until you hit the bedroom, that is.
