Kegel excercises
Hi all,
I was wondering about male kegel excercises. I don't know if I'm doing them right. After a while I really have to pee, and then I start again and have to pee again! Also, is it possible to be squeezing too hard? Thanks, the resources on the net are, unfortunately, mostly geared towards women. |
I was doing them for a while but they just started getting harder and harder to do for some reason. For men you should just be pinching the anal muscle. One thing I haven't tried but is recommended if you don't know if you're doing them right is to barely stick your finger up there and try. If it pinches, you're doing it right.

Squeezing your pc muscles should be the same feeling you have when you start pissing and then make yourself stop. I don't know anything nor have I heard anything about it making you want to pee or injury reports from doing it too hard. :)
