Ideas for sex during the period.
 

Ok I did a search and didnt find anything about this, so here I go with my question my gf and I have been wondering.

Last month we finally tried having sex during her period, and needless to say it was great for both of us. We did it on her 4th day into it, so it wasnt to bad mess wise, but soon it'll be her period time. So we wonder, what other ways is there to take care of this?

Just the basic towels on the bed we've covered, and it works. Oral is done wether on the period or not, so thats not really a option.

Anyone ever find a perfect way around the mess, or is it just inevitible something is going to get ruined by this?

there's a great device called the shower :D

in the ladies lounge a product called the diva cup has been discussed at length... perhaps your girlfriend might want to investigate that...

Having sex with the Diva Cup in would be uncomfortable for both parties, so I wouldn't recommend that route.

I bought a cheap dark blue wool blanket and put it down on the bed folded double- it asorbs everything and doesn't show stains. We also keep a damp washcloth handy nearby if we have sex while I'm bleeding so we can wipe hands before touching anything, etc. We've never had any problems with the mess- it just takes a little bit of practice to not be messy!

I use a dark red towel folded over, and it works very well, and obviously doesnt show. keep some wet-naps or paper towels, etc to clean up with and you should be alright

Towels are so yesterday. We just bought a Fascinator Shag Throe (that's their spelling). Fuzzy and cozy on one side, satin and cool on the other. It's designed for anything you can throw at it, including blood and large quantities of lube. Their motto is "save your sheets for sleeping". :thumbsup:

That blanket is freakin cool,but no way am I gonna pay that much when I allready own towels. :)

Amazingly didnt think about the damp towel/cloth idea, seems like it would be common sense. :P

Try baby wipes instead. That way you can throw the mess away. We usually keep a box of Huggies All-Natural unscented baby wipes under the bed at all times. You can use them for hands, body parts, anything.

The way we do it is whoever is on her period is the giver for that encounter, but we tend not to worry a whole lot about both of us getting off every time, so as long as we're not both menstruating and I'm not PMSing something awful, it doesn't even slow us down.

Oh, I almost forgot: When I saw the thread title, I thought it would be a basic "ew! blood!" thread, which we've had here before. Glad you are beyond that, Destrox! :thumbsup:

shower all the way. I'm thinking people in general don't have as much shower sex as they can anyway- and shower sex is awesome. :)
