does your guys heart race when you're about to have sex with a stranger? or even think about having sex with someone ?

i still suffer, heart racing caused by nervousness -- but it happens now even when i look at an attractive female or think abt it .

maybe i havent had sex enough times to figure out it isnt a big deal.

ahhh the pressure

Hopefully, no matter how long and varied your sexual life has been, you're heartrate will spike at least a little.

I've been married for almost 7 years and I still get a bit giddy every time.

If it doesn't leap at all, something ain't right.

unfortunately, i feel like the heart racing is more like sinking feeling due to anxiousness/nervousness

well, nervousness I can understand. Maybe if you have more happy memories associated with sex, it will become a happy, giddy feeling?
