Alright, so check it out:

I've somehow managed to catch whatever cold/flu-virus thing that has been going around. I had to go to work today because only myself and this other chick were going to be there to cover my department and i didn't wanna leave her screwed over.

Anyway, i called my boyfriend from work today, whining like a little bitch about how crappy felt and how i wanted to come home. I remember saying something along the lines of "I'll probably feel better after i get off." He was dumbfounded, he was like "Do you even have the strength to have sex?!" I told him that i meant masturbation...i wouldn't want to endanger his health or anything.

Well...from there we engaged in a conversation about sex while being sick. I was explaining to him about how i've read that climaxing is good for you when you're sick. I remember reading that masturbation is beneficial for men because it not only flushes out germs and bacteria out of your system, but it also causes you to secrete endorphins and such that help to boost the efficiency of the immune system.

So my questions for you guys are:

1) Can someone verify and maybe clarify the facts surrounding this idea?

And...

2) Who agrees with my that climaxing in good for you, especially if you're sick?

It's a down home medicine type of thing. I've never seen any documented clinical tests about it. I can say that it works for me. Sex and a tall glass of orange juice will heal what ails me most of the time.

I don't know whether or not there is any scientific proof that sex helps make you better. But I do know that whether I have a cold, cramps, a headache, stress, or just a generally blah kind of day I always feel immensly better after sex or even masturbation.
