Breakdown of who has the votes on the nuclear option
Article published today says the bloc trying to save the filibuster has 48 votes on their side, including three Republicans. The people pushing to kill the filibuster have 45 votes sewed up. Seven GOP Senators are still sitting on the fence. The article talks about each of them. If the Dems swing three of those seven, they win. I'm pulling for them.

Us dems can forget Murkowski right now. She has to ask her daddy (the current govenor who sent his kid to D.C. in his place :mad: ) what to do before she can do anything. And we all know what the BUsh loyal will do.
