Rdr4evr 10-08-2004 06:05 PM

I wish Nader would bust in and show them all up.

Willravel 10-08-2004 06:05 PM

Environment: Bush "off road diesel decreased by 90%"
"clear skys initiative" "healthy forest bill" neither of which really deliver what their name promises.
"We've got a good common sense policy" huh?
"I propose the hydrogen automobile technology" good man!! now get out of the oil buisness
"I'm a good stewert of the land'
Kerry, "The president I don't think is living in a world of reality" then takes a shot at the Sox
"I supported wellfare reform" um environment, dude
"one of the worst administrations in environmental history" true
"here we are leaving the air and sky's behind" hehe
"head of EPA resigned" good point
"didn't even accept the science"
"The kyoto treaty was flawed, but this president didn't try to fix it"
"we just say 'we don't aggree with you, goodbye'"

Rekna 10-08-2004 06:06 PM

that really would be comically disastrous.

the beginning was a bit chaotic, it seems that both candidates have hit their stride and tone for the evening.

props to charlie gibson for calling them out when a questioned isn't answered properly.

JumpinJesus 10-08-2004 06:16 PM

Am I wrong or has Bush forgotten his facial exercises? It looks as if he's back to scowling.

Willravel 10-08-2004 06:19 PM

Bush, "I'm not tellin!!" then half the people left...

ibis 10-08-2004 06:20 PM

Bush is lame when he tries to be funny. "I'm not telling"

JumpinJesus 10-08-2004 06:20 PM

intecel 10-08-2004 06:20 PM

Willravel 10-08-2004 06:21 PM

Bush "The Dread Scott case, in which the Dread Pirate Robertson had to rescue the Princess from the Spaniard, the giant, and the little person..."

maypo 10-08-2004 06:21 PM

I would pick an anti-abortion supreme court justice would be closest to the truth.

JumpinJesus 10-08-2004 06:23 PM

The debate is almost over. I believe it should keep going until one of them drops.

ibis 10-08-2004 06:24 PM

"I can't take a article of faith and legislate it".

That is why I will vote for Kerry.

irateplatypus 10-08-2004 06:25 PM
