Newsgroup with press briefings - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

Back in the early 90s, there was a newsgroup (yes, Usenet) that contained daily copies of the press briefings, etc., from the White House.

It had a non-intuitive name, because I believe it was supposed to be just for the press, but now I can't remember what it was.

Do any of you happen to remember this, and if so, do you remember the newsgroup name?
