President Match
Thank God...
Kucinich Score: 100% Kerry Score: 97% Sharpton Score: 95% Dean Score: 87% Edwards Score: 86% Clark Score: 85% Bush Score: 15% http://www.presidentmatch.com If you don't know who to support, that site gives you a commoner's view. You can make choices on how you stand on certain issues, and it'll show you where the hopefuls stand on the issues. |
Bush Score: 100%
Edwards Score: 53% Clark Score: 50% Kerry Score: 49% Dean Score: 46% Sharpton Score: 42% Kucinich Score: 35% I'm not understanding how I got 100% on Bush when I strongly disagreed with him on several issues. But I did expect him to be at the top. I took another test like this, got 60 something percent for Bush, and a couple percentage points less for Libertarian Candidate. |
1 Kucinich Score: 100%
2 Sharpton Score: 95% 3 Kerry Score: 85% 4 Dean Score: 81% 5 Clark Score: 81% 6 Edwards Score: 74% 7 Bush Score: 2% I think the test is quite leading and conservative in its bias, a lot of times I was not able to make the choice I wanted, because the issue's raised where not the real issues to me. |
I have accomplished the impossible - I have matched highly with both Bush and Kucinich.
1. Bush 100% (surprised me there) 2. Kucinich 82% 3. Clark 79% 4. Kerry 76% 5. Sharpton 75% (WHAT??!?) 6. Edwards 74% 7. Dean 67% So apparently I like everyone??? |
Too funny.
For me, Kucinich and Sharpton scored higher than Bush, and I wouldn't vote for either, even if you held a gun to my head. |
i was surprised I got a high score on Sharpton too, I always though he was a publicity seeking fool - I guess it just shows he is actually pretty sound on the issues - it is just his personality that is the problem.
2% for Bush is close to what I expected (I was expecting a score 2% different!) - I am not sure who Kucinich is, he seemed worryingly conservative and an economic liberal to me from the little I read - I am not sure I would agree very much with him on the issues that are important to me. |
Bush: 100% (no surprise here)
Edwards: 62% Kerry: 59% Dean: 53% Sharpton: 36% Kucinich: 31% Not really any surprises, not even the 60+ percentage match with Edwards. Even though he is probably the biggest bullshitter out of all of 'em. |
Sharpton: 100%
Kerry: 98% Dean: 94% Edwards: 90% Kucinich: 90% Clark: 89% Bush: 43% Odd, Sharpton is getting high marks with most centrist democrats who take this poll. I wonder if Time Warner is having a laugh at our expense. Ah well, it was funny. As for georgie boy, he's only even getting that 43% by pandering to the middle which is angering his center-right base. |
Kerry: 100%
Clark: 95% Kucinich: 90% Dean: 90% Sharpton: 87% Edwards: 86% Bush: 37% I'm definitely voting for Kerry, based on his outlook. BTW, on the limiting malpractice suits front: the reason doctor's fees are so high is because malpractice insurance costs huge. In case anyone wasn't aware. |
Kucinich 100
Kerry 100 Edwards 98 Dean 95 Clark 95 Sharpton 87 Bush 21 Hmmmmm I think I might be a democrat...... |
This is pretty right on for me and would be the order i rank the candidates although im not quite sure how i can be 95% for three guys, one being totally different from the other 2, obviously Bush. Weird but accurate at the same time.
Bush 100% Edwards 96% Kerry 95% Clark 80% Dean 78% Kucinich 57% Sharpton 55% |
* 1 Edwards Score: 100%
2 Clark Score: 99% 3 Kerry Score: 99% 4 Dean Score: 91% 5 Sharpton Score: 81% * 6 Bush Score: 80% Bush and Edwards are the only two I'd vote for. Where's Lieberman? Isn't he still a candidate, at least technically? |
Edwards 100%
Kucinich 96% Kerry 95% Sharpton 94% Dean 82% Bush 80% Can you tell I'm pretty much a total centrist? I'm strongly right on some issues and strongly left on others, therefore, since the test can't possibly accurately portray the emphasis I place on particular issues, every candidate comes up as viable for me. I'll be interested to see the results once the 3rd party candidates are put on. |
Kucinich 100%
Sharpton 93% Kerry 85% Dean 78% Edwards 75% Bush 3% |
Bush: 100%
Kerry: 84% Edwards: 81% Dean: 72% Sharpton: 65% Kucinich: 51% The groupings are horrendous. The economy and the environment grouped together? Crime and Education one group? This is among the worst questionaires I've ever seen. But hey, it killed a few minutes of work time. |

Kerry: 100%
Edwards: 96% Kucinich: 91% Sharpton: 89% Dean: 86% Bush: 56% They cover only controversial issues that are happening now. That doesn't seem right for some reason, for it to accurate, everything has to brought out. And the questions seem too vague. Oh wait, it's AOL, nevermind. |
With the same notes everyone else had about the failings of the poll questions:
1. Kerry - 100% 2. Kucinich - 94% 3. Sharpton - 92% 4. Dean - 90% 5. Edwards - 89% 6. Bush - 22% People have already commented on how odd it is that Sharpton scores so highly on many lists, but what surprised me was how highly Kucinich scored on mine. I thought Kucinich was a good old-fashioned Old Democrat Lefty, but this is placing him more on the moderate scale. Plus, the poll doesn't take into account which issues the candidates are campaigning really hard on. For example, Kucinich want's out of Iraq immediately and it's the big sound bite part of his stump speech. I strongly oppose that position, yet he ranked second on my list.... odd. |
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1 Kucinich Score: 100% 2 Sharpton Score: 98% 3 Kerry Score: 92% 4 Dean Score: 87% 5 Edwards Score: 78% 6 Bush Score: 12% Only surprised by Sharpton... I think it is a good indication how media spin (both by the candidates PR people and the media themselves) has created a dearth of coverage for apparent centrists like Kucinich and Sharpton... After all most of our opinions are based on what we read, hear and see about these gentlemen in media. Few (if any) of us could claim to have either a) attended speeches by more than three of the candidates or b) read the entire policy and issues statements on all of the candidates webpages... |
1. Sharpton: 100%
2. Kucinich: 100% 3. Kerry: 95% 4. Dean: 90% 5. Edwards: 82% 6. Bush: 10% As a non-USA-citizen, i have no idea if this is a good or a bad thing whatsoever! I knew I was no big Bush-supporter! |
Bush 100%
Edwards 42% Dean 40% Kerry 33% Sharpton 24% Kucinich 21% This is what I would have expected because most of my responses in the survey were based on the question, "will this issue make government bigger or smaller?" Kucinich and Sharpton must be very liberal economically and socially. I don't know anything about either one except that Sharpton is very annoying. |
Bush Score: 100%
Edwards Score: 84% Kerry Score: 79% Dean Score: 69% Kucinich Score: 51% Sharpton Score: 51% Really strange - i expected strong on bush, medium on edwards and like a 0 on Kucinich |
100% Clark
100% Kerry 92% Kucinich 92% Edwards 88% Dean 88% Sharpton 72% Bush Twas not what I expected. |
