This stinks to me of another Vince Foster.

Dr. Kelley was sending out optimistic and forward-looking emails up until he left the house for his daily walk....and he left no suicide note...

A very tragic situation, and I am rarely a conspircy theororist, however, this one really seems a bit fishy.

This is really funny... I when I saw the topic for this I was thinking that a: what is a story about the creator of Aly McBeal and the Practice doing in politics and b: what has he done now? and c: when did he get a Phd?

If he was indeed murdered, it just shows how desperate the Blair government is.

I'm not convinced that anyone in the government is competent enough to pull off a murder and make it look like suicide.

It wasn't anyone in the government, we have agencies dedicated to this sort of job. Even if it was suicide, they drove him to it.

I don't know, this "suicide" seems a little too suspicious. The article itself is pretty intriguing and was picked up by a lot of American papers over the weekend.

Personally, I think foul play is involved.

All it takes is a moron for a medical examiner to declare it a suicide.

See, governmental incompetency can still explain it just fine. :|

I don´t think Blair has balls big enough to order a hit on this guy, no matter what he knew.

Who the hell knows. Seems like an MI-5 style hit doesn't it.

After all, the British have been playing hard ball for centuries, they are quite good at it.

This is what i do know. This has the potential, the very real potential to bring down the Blair Government. This could be Tony Blair's Watergate. There are others out there who know more than Kelly I am sure, and if they sing it could get mighty warm not only at Downing Street, but Pensylvania Avenue as well.

Suicide - politicians these days have learned that a blitzkrieg of obfuscation and repetition is better than an old fashioned assasination any day of the week.
