How is it that when some people see that...All they see is where the Subdivision, condos, apartment complexes, strip malls, Applebee's, Chili's, Walmart, Home Depot, and the Mega-Plex's will go?

It helps that most of the forest around here is protected. I'm minutes away from the blue ridge parkway :)

What do you consider a neighborhood. I see no neighborhood. That looks like open range farmland and you-can-go-pee-anywhere land. I'm jealous.
