real nice island that i was so lucky to be able to experience. i took 3 tours and learned so much about it. the wrigleys own something around 11 percent of the island i believe, (yes the gum company). the island is also home to free ranging buffalo! i was not lucky enough to catch one on the tour. i stayed in the main city of avalon

this is my first time posting pictures and im definately not pro with this, so tell me how they turn out! stuff like size, resolution, whatever. i used photoshop 8 CS

if you want me to explain what pictures where taken where, or what the picture is of, please ask! i would explain them all right now but i am in a rush to get back to work :-/

Nice pictures. I just got back from Catalina on May 1st. What a cool island. My wife and I are definitely going back. I could post a few pics if anyone is interested.

Looks like a neat place. I always hear about jazz festivals there. Now I really want to go! Thanks for posting!

Some of those boats were really nice ones. I'm not a boat person though, so i don't really know about them. BTW if anyone decides to take a visit, make sure you take some of the island tours. The underwater boat tour isnt as great as it appears it to be, its just a bunch of dark fish swimming around the windows (first picture).
We took a tour that took us to the catalina island airport, the scenery on the way was to die for =x

Hi. I have a question regarding the building in the third to last picture. I was wondering what that was. It looks to me like some kind of theatre.

I like the last one the best, it really shows how striking the landscape can be. Great job and looks like an awesome place
