Shadow of Beauty...
 

This was posted on TFP 3.0 before the Great Hard Drive Crash of April (TM), and I stumbled upon it recently and figured I may as well repost it :)

Just a shot from a visit I made to <a href="http://tfproject.org/tfp/member.php?s=&action=getinfo&userid=2089">onodrim</a> at <a href="http://titan.iwu.edu/home/home.php">her school</a> in early April. It could probably be better if I had taken more time with it, but I had no idea it was going to turn out as good as it did - I just thought it looked cool when I was following her around with the camera :P

(Seriously, about 90% of the pictures from that weekend are of her and only 10% are of me :p)

Anyways, great shot. The blackness contrasts great with the blue and white snow background. Very stunning.

Ahhh... winter! You really captured a moment in that picture. I can almost feel the cold from the window and the warmth from the heater.

The lighting is perfect... I love the snow in the background... big freak about snow... and silhouette rules.

the only thing that could have made it possibly better would have been to include the top of the window, but it's still quite nice as is.

Yup. So many times I've heard that. And if I had been thinking about making a nice looking photo, I would have done just that. Instead I was just taking lots of pictures of onodrim (can't really help it :)) and this one happened to look pretty cool :)
