I always love the nude shots, but have to ask. Are the shoes in this set for calf accent, for model height enhancement, to accessorize what scarce needs accessorizing - or is it an acceptance of the cliche "nude woman in heels is hotter", or a love of shoes in a slightly fetishistic way?

I am not trying in the least to be snarky, thirdsun - I really want to know and you are obviously an artist of ability and taste so I'm taking the rare opportunity afforded here and asking you.

Some shoe shots are great (I mean the shots to be seen either in TB posts and such ilk or art shot venues), but in the main I find they are incongruous or even distracting from the form of the model or what was being done in the shoot.

That being said, I really like the way you framed it so Rose was shown in part, with the mirror handling the full visual

Hey, Kramus! Can I say, "All of the Above" and get away with it? The fetish part is probably closest to the answer. I happened to like the way the muscle definition in her legs really popped in the heels; plus they were black and added visual interest. They were much easier than constantly reminding her to stand on her toes, which does look unnatural and distracting (to me at least) if you (meaning the casual viewer) think about it too much. And you're right--heels aesthetically enhance a woman's curvaceouness as opposed to standing flat-footed.

I prefer very little to none for myself. I also find this attractive on other women. I dated a Brit who tried his damnedest to get me to grow it out. I just couldn't. I felt dirty and stinky lol.

We actually discussed her pubic hair on the phone, prior to the shoot. I told her I preferred models with a more natural look. At that point, I was tired of having to Photoshop razor-burned and/or bald pubic areas. It's a lot of work!

Plus, I find a bit of bush to be more feminine and alluring in nude photos.

Artistically, too, (especially in the B/W) her dark patch helps create a pattern or echo of black areas, along with the dark shoes and her dark hair.

Well since it was brought up, I like either option, but in this case I think it looks really nice. Dark color, well-trimmed... very aesthetically pleasing. I'm with kramus on the shoes. They just seem odd to me, but I realize I'm probably in the minority considering how many naked-woman-in-heels pictures I've seen.

The new color photo is very nice. Wonderful profile.

It seems nowadays, having a lawn is more accepted than it was only 5 years ago. And I think that's great, as yes - us shavers do deal with stubborn razor burn and what not. Artistically, I can see why and how it can be appreciated more than something more unnatural for a grown woman. But I'm just hooked lol. I feel disgusting if I let myself grow out. It just comes down to personal preference. Some women may feel more beautiful w/a bush. I prefer sans. Nothing horribly wrong about either choice.

nope, 'tis true...whatever your personal choice is, I really couldn't care less. It's none of my business, for sure.
But those of us who have chosen to remain hair-ful all along have had to deal with a fair amount of implication that our hair is unattractive, though, you know?...so you get a little defensive...
Recently, I've seen direct comments that implied that my pubic hair is distasteful...not here, of course...but no one wants to think that their choice to remain natural is 'nasty.' At some point there has to be the understanding that it's the way we were born to be and up to about 15 years ago was totally accepted and even appreciated.
