I spent some time at the Outer Banks in North Carolina last week and didn't take enough pictures. Here are a couple, though and let me know what you think:

And that's me with a stingray I caught fishing from the shore.

I like the 1st one the best. Those look like fun :).

The second one is where I want to be right now. Great photos.

Where in the Outer Banks? I went to Ocracoke last summer, and I loved it. What happened to your feet?

Nice. The wife and I go to the OB 3-4 times a year.. We usually end up in Kill Devil Hills. Its about the only place in NC that I enjoy.. Plus Tim Reynolds lives there now.. I keep hoping to stumble into him at a bar or something..

Careful, we don't want you getting Steve Irwin'd.

The mountains have also become pretty awesome. Asheville is liberal mecca as well as beautiful.

Thanks everyone! We were staying at a house in Kitty Hawk. I guess my feet were cut off due to my friend not paying attention when he took the picture.

Very nice! If there were waves like that in Nova Scotia, someone would be surfing them.

Do you eat stingray?

Thanks! A storm was kicking up the waves, so they were higher than usual. I think you can eat sting ray, but we were just catching and releasing.
