Oaks and Wildflowers
A friend and I got on the road at 5am this morning, and drove 90 minutes to catch some morning light in the foothills. Unfortunately, there was no sun!
Oh well... http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3582/...26562a2d_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3432/...4870d7b3_b.jpg http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3437/...9d30d6bc_b.jpg |
Stunning. I really love the black and white one.
|
Beautiful regardless of sunlight or no.
|
Very nice
|
oh well??.. you did a great job!
i really like the low level fog on the LHS in the first one. |
Those pictures look great without the sun. Especially the vibrant yellow against the gray sky.
|
I think they look great without the sun - helps provide a bit more contrast.

Hey thanks guys... here's the last one from the set...

You sure demonstrate your eye for the beauty around you. Either in those Death Valley places or these rocky, spare spaces your camera shows me gorgeous views.

They're all pretty, but why so much white nothingness of sky in the last one? I'd crop that back so the main focal point is the field. You could make the field 1/3 of the image and still have impact.

Beautiful, stunning and captivating photos, you are truly talented. Great job!!!

Clouds can be a lot more interesting than a plain blue sky. The fog really is awesome.
|
The fog rolling in adds a touch of magic. Vibrant colors, exciting clouds - I'd say you found a perfect time to visit.
