I was watching CSI last night and wondered if a modern Court of Law would find for the case for the existance of God?

depends on which way it is assumed first off.

If he is assumed to exist, then he would be found to exist, as there is no evidence he doesnt

If he is assumed to not exist, then he would be found to not exist, as there is no evidence he does.

(he, obviously being god)
